Meditation doesn’t always need to be done sitting alone on a mat in peace and quiet. You can meditate wherever you are. Keep it simple. Taking just 5 minutes as often as you can to observe your breath and the sounds around you ca
BREATHE IN, BREATHE OUT.
Try the 4:6:8 method.

Mouth closed, breathe in for 4 counts.
Hold the breath for 6 counts.
Breathe out for 8 counts.

Repeat 3 times every hour.
